The personal support from the staff. I had forgotten my phone charger and they organised it in a heartbeat. They also allowed me early check-in and late check-out. Breakfast was a great wide selection! I especially liked that local foods like sweet potato with peanut butter were on the menu. Staff were friendly and efficient

1. Hotel set in a large green space, ideal for morning and evening walks or runs. 2. Open plan design hives it an open feel. 3. Nice pool area even though the police is only 10 metres long. 4. Fresh clean linen and towels. 5. Working safety deposit box. 6. Room was a good size. 7. Ironing facilities provided. 8. Alarm on door if not properly shut.

The staff are awesome, spotlessly clean, spacious and well maintained. Good menu and great food. Loadsheading was not an issue as they have back up and the wifi signal is good. Enjoyable stay.

High quality bed like what you expect from Marriott. Best sleep I had on Africa. Excellent breakfast buffet with made to order eggs or omelette included on your room rate. Restaurant was North American standard. Staff extremely friendly. Totally safe.

Amazing Service! ...from the most welcoming Airport Shuttle Driver, Custa...to the warmest welcome which we received from the friendliest Ladies at Reception. We had Dinner and Breakfast, and both were value for money.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Everything was great at this hotel, amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome.
